So I guess I’ll start that today…

I was scrolling through old posts and…

I had completely forgotten about some of this stuff (like me reviewing old Doctor Who episodes). Also my opinions on some stuff have really changed over the last year or so. I feel like I’ve been in amber for 20 years and I’m seeing all this stuff and how its changed.

Ok so maybe it was a bad comparison, but whatever. 

So I’m going to make this blog active now…

I know its been a while, but I’m going to start posting things again. But this time, I will not only be posting funny pictures but my thoughts on various subjects such as:

• Doctor Who
• Fringe
• Arrested Development
• Community
• Parks and Rec
• Marvel
• Harry Potter
• Or any other shows an movies I feel like talking about.

So that’s pretty much it. Oh… and here’s a funny picture to undermine everything I just said. 

Got to love it, right? I mean how can you not. It’s the Doctor as Gob. 

Why Matt Smith Leaving is Okay

Let me be clear. Matt Smith is my favorite Doctor ever. He has the genius  of 10, the comedy of 2, the darkness of 7 and 9, and really just everything I love about the Doctor. But this show is about change (it has been since the beginning), and Matt Smith has had a good run. Personally, I do think he has another series in him (as series 7 didn’t feel like an epic close to his doctor but that’s probably because it was really crappy). For all of series 7’s flaws though, Matt Smith was amazing. It showed he has some serious acting chops (most notably when he gave that speech in the Rings of Akhaten). Now we already knew this, but this series exemplified this more than any other. In a couple years, I could see Matt Smith in some legitimate blockbuster movies because he’s just that good. I hope the finale to his tenure will be epic and satisfying. Meanwhile let’s enjoy these last two episodes he’ll be in. On the bright side, both of those episodes should be much longer than normal ones. I hope the next doctor can be just as great as Matt (and hopefully ginger as well). 

P.S. Steven Moffat, your doctor is leaving so maybe you should leave too. Stay as a writer but not the head writer. Please.
